He is a domain expert in the Insurance industry and has has trained over 1,000 Insurance agents. Shailesh is a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India. He has always advocated and fought for social and economic causes during his career, and has helped the victims of insurance miss selling and frauds, helping in the recovery of over Rs 10 million from Insurance Companies.

Sanjay completed his LLB from Delhi University and received the prestigious Chevening Scholarship to get his Master's degree from York Law School, England. He interned with multiple leading law firms across the United States including Fish & Neave and subsequently Ladas & Perry.Sanjay was missold a health insurance product in 2011 and he observed the malpractices and misrepresentation had become common occurrences in the insurance industry. A product that was essentially created to ensure peace of mind was now leading to stress and anxiety for the end customers. As a responsible legal practitioner, he saw an opportunity to add tangible value and took it upon himself and a group of like-minded professionals to create Insurance Samadhan. Sanjay brings over two decades of experience to Insurance Samadhan and currently serves full time as a Co-Founder & Legal Head. He is responsible for corporate and legal compliances, as well as fundraising and client relationship efforts. His drive and enthusiasm are complemented by a team of talented industry experts, with a strong focus on results delivery and customer satisfaction.

Shilpa Arora's hard work, dedication and devotion to work drive the operations at Insurance Samadhan. She has over 22 years of work experience, and is an Associate in Life Insurance. She has been a lead trainer and senior faculty member for some Japanese companies, expanding her work beyond Indian borders. In an assignment with Abbott, she worked with companies and insurance brokers in the area of Thyroid disorders and diabetes, bringing the rate of insurance greviances down, reducing claim ratios of such disorders by screening employees and creating awareness, and actively facilitating a healthy working environment at companies.

A product minded Software Engineer with more than a decade of building softwares from scratch and loves to talk about life and numbers. Addicted to data analytics and understanding user behaviour, I take pride in being involved with every step of a product cycle. Co-founding a Robotics startup and working with companies like Cars24 and IIMJOBS has helped me in figuring out the development and scaling part of a software. Presently building Insurance Samadhan - India's first technical Insurance Redressal platform.
