Most NRIs have insurance portfolios in INDIA. This portfolio is either managed remotely or left as lapsed. NRI also add insurances in their portfolio when they visit INDIA, such insurance may also come in the form of fixed deposits or investment schemes. Later they realize that investment schemes or fixed deposits has been mis-sold and they do not know the actions to be taken. NRI also buy health insurance for their family members in INDIA and they always seek support whenever a family member needs medical assistance.   • The annual subscription of INR 3500 (USD 50).
  • Service fee of INR 1000 (USD 15), for any one time service request.
  • Case resolution- Representing the case of mis-selling/fraud or claim rejection in Life/Health/General insurances and recovering the money on 9% success fees. For Example we had a case where NRI deposited INR 10,00,000 in fixed deposits and realized later that INR 10,00,000 has been paid as Insurance premium. We represented the case and got INR 10,00,000 credit in respective NRI account. Please click on the register now button on the website to submit your lead. Our customer care executive will call you and understand your complaint/ Problem. Pls, provide him the required details. Our system will find out if the lead is acceptable or not. Once accepted, you will be provided with a login id and password. Click on the Login button on the website and enter the login details, post which you would have to fill in the required details and do the payment. On successful completion of the entire process post login and payment, your case would be registered with us.

Registration charge is a one-time charge of Rs 500 (inclusive of GST )

We charge 12% of the amount received (plus 18% GST ) once we successfully resolve your case. For e.g. If you get Rs 100000, we shall charge Rs 12000 + 18% GST.

Depending on the merit of the case, it usually takes 15-30 days to resolve. If however we require the case to move to Ombudsman or consumer court it may take 3-6 months depending on the availability of the dates for hearing on the case.

You only have to go to once for Ombudsman hearing once you get the date and time.

Generally expenses 30 days before the hospitalisation and 60-90 days post Discharge from Hospital are covered in the medical policy. We help apply your reimbursement at a nominal cost of Rs 1000 taking away the hassles of filling and submitting the claim forms.

Every insurance company gives 15 days post policy reaches you, so that you can read the terms and condition. If you want to return the policy, you can do it in 15 days and insurance company will refund your premium. Free Look period is 15 days which starts after you receive the policy bond. Please sign the policy receipt with date and retain the envelope with date as proof to avail the same. We will help you get the cancellation amount and won’t charge any fees.
